12 frozen cheese blintzes
1/4 pound butter (1/2 cup)
4 eggs
1 cup sour cream
1/4 cup sugar
dash vanilla
Recipe
Melt butter in large pan. Layer blintzes in bottom of pan. In mixer, beat eggs, add sour cream, sugar and vanilla. Beat well. Pour over blintzes. Bake 1 hour at 350ºF. Can make ahead and refrigerate before baking.
