    1 large pack fudge brownie mix
    2 eggs
    1/3 cup water
    1/3 cup oil
    1 1/2 tablespoons instant coffee
    whipped topping
    ground cinnamon

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 350ºF. Place 40 (2-inch) foil liners on baking sheets. Combine brownie mix, eggs, water, oil, coffee and 1 teaspoon cinnamon in large bowl. Stir with a spoon until well blended, about 50 strokes. Fill each liner with 1 Tablespoonful of batter. Bake at 350ºF for 12-15 minutes or toothpick tested. COOL COMPLETELY. Garnish with whipped topping and a dash of cinnamon. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
