1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons unflavored gelatin
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup chopped nuts
1/4 cup boiling water
1 1/2 cups heavy creamRecipe
Soften gelatin in milk. Caramelize 1/4 cup sugar. Add water. Stir until sugar is dissolved. Heat cream over hot water. Add 1/4 cup sugar, gelatin, caramel sirup, and salt. Stir until gelatin is dissolved. Pour into molds. Chill. If desired, garnish with chopped nuts and whipped cream. 6 servings.
