Fondue: Chocolate Mint Fondue

1/3 cup whipping cream
8 ounces semisweet chocolate, chopped
1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract
2 tbl water, optional -- (2 to 4)
Recipe
Bring cream to simmer in medium saucepan over medium-high heat. Add chocolate and whisk over low heat until chocolate mixture is smooth. Stir in peppermint. Thin sauce with few tablespoons water, if desired. Transfer chocolate sauce to fondue pot and keep warm over candle or fondue burner. Use fondue sticks or skewers to stab a chunk of something to dip into chocolate fondue.
