Cinnamon Blintzes

2 loaves fresh white bread*
2 packages cream cheese (8-oz. each) -- softened
1/2 cup sugar
2 egg yolks
1 cup sugar
4 teaspoons cinnamon
2 sticks melted margarine (1 cup) Recipe
To prepare bread, trim crusts from bread and roll each slice with a rolling pin until flat. Cream together cream cheese, 1/2 cup sugar and egg yolks. Mix together cinnamon and sugar in a small bowl and set aside.
Melt margarine in an 8x8-inch baking dish or pan. Spread cheese filling thinly on each slice of bread. Roll up bread slice, one at a time. Dip rolled bread lightly in melted margarine (do not soak!); next roll in sugar and cinnamon mixture.
Place coated rolls in square Tupperware box to freeze. When ready to serve, take out what you need and bake FROZEN (do not thaw before baking!). Place blintzes on ungreased baking sheet and bake at 400 F. for 15 minutes
