Cool Chocolate-Mint Dessert

1 cup Sugar, powdered
1/2 cup Butter
2 Egg yolks
2 ounces Chocolate, unsweetened
1 cup Nuts chopped, divided
2 Egg whites stiffly beaten
2 cups Cookies, chocolate sandwich -crushed, divided
8 ounces Peppermint candy, hard crshd
12 large Marshmallows, cut up small
1 cup Whiping cream whippedRecipe
Combine sugar and butter, creaming until light and fluffy. Add egg yolks, mixing well. Melt chocolate in top of double boiler. Gradually add chocolate to creamed mixture, beating constantly; stir in 1/2 cup nuts, and fold in egg whites. Press 1 cup cookie crumbs into bottom of an 8" square baking dish; gently spread chocolate mixture over crumbs. Chill until firm. Combine candy, marshmallows, 1/2 cup nuts, and 1/2 cup cookie crumbs; mix well. Gently stir in whipped cream. Spread whipped cream mixture over chocolate layer; sprinkle remaining 1/2 cup cookie crumbs over top. Chill.
