    Exquisite Chocolate Sticks

    List of Ingredients




    2 ounces unsweetened chocolate
    1/2 cup butter
    1 cup sugar
    1/4 teaspoon vanilla
    1/2 cup flour
    1 dash salt
    1/2 cup pecans

    FROSTING:
    2 teaspoons soft butter
    1 cup powdered sugar
    1 tablespoon cream
    1 teaspoon vanilla

    GLAZE:
    1 ounce chocolate
    1 tablespoon butter

    Recipe



    Melt chocolate and butter. Beat eggs until light. Stir in sugar, chocolate and vanilla. Add flour, salt and nuts. Pour into 9 inch pan and bake at 350ºF for 20 minutes. Cool. Spread with frosting, then glaze over with topping. For topping, melt together 1 oz. chocolate with 1 tbl. butter. Chill and cut in oblong slices.
