Frozen Cinnamon Chocolate Dessert

List of Ingredients
1 cup chocolate wafer cookie crumbs -- (about 20 cookies)
1/4 cup margarine or butter -- melted
1 quart cinnamon ice cream -- slightly softened (4 cups)
vanilla or chocolate
CINNAMON CHOCOLATE SAUCE:
1/2 cup whipping (heavy) cream
1/4 cup sugar
1 ounce unsweetened baking chocolate
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamonRecipe
Mix cookie crumbs and margarine, press in bottom of ungreased springform pan, 8x2 inches. Freeze 10 minutes. Spoon ice cream onto crumb crust; smooth top. Cover and freeze about 2 hours or until firm. Run metal spatula along side of dessert to loosen; remove side of pan. Serve dessert with Cinnamon Chocolate Sauce. Store covered in freezer. 8 servings.
Cinnamon Chocolate Sauce: Heat whipping cream, sugar and chocolate to boiling in 1-quart saucepan over medium heat, stirring constantly. Boil and stir about 30 seconds or until chocolate is melted; remove from heat. Stir in cinnamon. Serve warm or cool.
