    Popsicles: Peach Pops

    List of Ingredients

    1 cup pineapple juice
    3 tablespoons powdered sugar
    8 ounces peach low-fat yogurt -- (1 container)

    Recipe

    Combine all ingredients; stir well. Spoon mixture evenly into 10 frozen pop molds or (3-ounce) paper cups; insert wooden sticks. Freeze until firm. Yield: 10 servings
