2/3 cup chopped peanuts
8 tablespoons butter
1 cup flour
1/3 cup peanut butter
8 ounces cream cheese
1 cup powdered sugar
1 cup cool whip Lite®
1 small pack each vanilla and chocolate pudding
1 cup cool whip Lite®
1/2 cup chopped peanutsRecipe
Combine 2/3 c. peanuts, butter and flour, and press into 9x13 inch baking dish. Bake at 350ºF for 15 minutes, then cool. Cream together peanut butter, cream cheese, sugar and 1 c. of whipped topping. Spread over crust. Prepare puddings as directed, then combine the two puddings. Spread over cream cheese layer. Let stand until firm, about 45 minutes. Top with whipped topping and garnish with chopped peanuts. Refrigerate.
