1 cup cornmeal
1 cup wheat flour
2 tablespoons poppy seeds
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 cup carrots, shredded
1/4 cup honey
1 cup nonfat milk
2 egg whites
2 tablespoons oilRecipe
Preheat oven to 400�F. Mix dry together. Add rest of ingredients. Pour into a 9x5 pan sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
