1 pound can of pumpkin
4 eggs
12 ounces evaporated milk
1/2 cup sugar
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 teaspoon ginger
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1 package yellow cake mix
1 cup butter, melted
1 cup chopped nutsRecipe
Mix together pumpkin, eggs, milk, sugar and spices. Pour into 9x13 inch pan. Sprinkle cake mix evenly over top of pumpkin mixture. Pour melted butter over all, and top with chopped nuts. Bake at 350ºF for 1 hour. Serves 15-20.
