6 1/4 cups boiling water
2 packages lime jello (small)
3 packages cherry jello (small)
1 cup vanilla lowfat yogurtRecipe
STIR 1 1/4 cups boiling water into 1 flavor of gelatin in small bowl 2 minutes or until completely dissolved. Pour 3/4 cup into 9-inch square pan or 6-cup ring mold. Refrigerate about 15 minutes until set but not firm (sticks to finger when touched). Refrigerate remaining gelatin in bowl about 5 minutes until slightly thickened (consistency of unbeaten egg whites); gradually stir in 3 tablespoons of the lowfat yogurt and spoon over gelatin in pan. Refrigerate about 15 minutes until set but not firm (sticks to finger when touched). REPEAT process with each remaining gelatin flavor, refrigerating dissolved gelatin as directed to create the layers. REFRIGERATE 2 hours or until firm. Cut into squares or unmold. Store leftover dessert in refrigerator. Makes 12 (1/2-cup) servings.
