    List of Ingredients




    16 ounces cream cheese, softened
    1/2 cup butter
    1 cup large curd cottage cheese (creamy)
    1/2 cup sugar
    1 tablespoon finely grated orange peel
    1 tablespoon finely shredded lemon peel
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    1/3 cup chopped red candied cherries
    1/4 cup golden raisins
    2 tablespoons diced candied pineapple
    1/4 cup toasted almonds (optional)

    Recipe



    Combine first 7 ingredients, beat until smooth. Mix in remaining ingredients. With a moistened piece of cheesecloth line a clean flower pot whole. Put in mix and put on a rack to drain in refrigerator overnight or longer. Unmold and garnish with candied cherries.
