    Cream Mixture:
    5 egg yolks
    3/4 C. sugar
    1 lb. marscapone cheese
    3/4 C. heavy cream (whipped)
    30 lady fingers

    Espresso/Liquor Mixture
    1 C. espresso
    1 oz. Rum
    1 oz. Kahlua

    Recipe



    Beat eggs and sugar until creamy. Add marscapone and mix until fluffy. Fold in whipping cream. In a pan, lay lady fingers in bottom after dipping and fully coating in espresso mixture. Put half cream mixture over cookies and repeat layering.
