    2 cup(s) graham cracker crumbs
    1/2 cup(s) melted butter
    1 cup(s) sugar divided in 1/2
    2 eggs
    1 pkg cream cheese (8 ozs) at room temperature
    1 tsp vanilla
    1 can(s) fruit pie filling
    1 cup(s) whipped cream or 8 oz Cool Whip

    Mix the graham cracker crumbs, 1/2 cup sugar and butter; press into 9 x 13 pan. Beat eggs, adding 1/2 cup sugar, cream cheese and vanilla. Whip until smooth and spread on crust. Bake at 350 for 20 - 30 minutes. Chill and spread on pie filling; then spread on whipped topping. Refrigerate. May use any other pie filling. Serves 12
