    Torte: Blueberry Pretzel Torte

    2 cups crushed pretzels
    1 cup butter melted
    3/4 cup sugar
    1 package cream cheese (8 ounce) softened
    1 cup confectioners sugar
    1 container frozen whipped topping (12 ounce) defrosted
    2 cans blueberry pie filling or any other flavor

    Recipe



    Mix together pretzels, butter and sugar and press half of mixture into the bottom of a 9x13-inch pan. Beat together cream cheese and confectioners sugar. Fold in whipped topping or whipped cream. Spoon half this mixture over the prepared crust. Top with the pie filling. Cover with the remaining cream cheese mixture, top with the remaining pretzel crumb mixture and refrigerate until chilled.
