    Torte: Double Decadent Brownie Torte

    List of Ingredients




    Cake;
    1/2 cup butter
    1/2 cup corn syrup
    1 cup semi-sweet chcocolate chips
    1/2 cup sugar
    3 eggs
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    1 cup plain or all-purpose flour
    1 cup chopped walnuts or pecans

    Glaze;
    1/2 cup chocolate chips
    2 Tablespoons butter
    1 Tablespoon corn syrup
    1 teaspoon vanilla.

    Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Butter and flour a 9 inch springform cake tin. Heat butter, corn syrup and chocolate chips until smooth. Add sugar and eggs; stir until well blended. Add vanilla, flour and nuts. Pour into the prepared tin and bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes. Cool for 10 minutes and remove the tin, place on a pretty serving plate.

    For Glaze;
    Melt chips, butter and corn syrup, remove from the heat, add vanilla. Pour over the torte, decorate with raspberries or any thing you have in the way of fruit that is pretty
