    8 ounces cream cheese
    1/2 cup sugar
    1 envelope Knox gelatin
    1/3 cup water
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    1 tablespoon lemon juice
    4 ounces cool whip

    Recipe



    Put gelatin and 1/3 cup water into a sauce pan and melt over low heat until gelatin is dissolved. Set aside to cool. Mix the cream cheese and sugar. Add milk,vanilla and lemon juice, mix until smooth. Than add the gelatin mixture and the cool whip. Mix all together. Than pour it into a serving bowl. Chill it in the refrigerator and you can garnish it with fresh strawberries or blueberries after it has chilled for while.
