2 cups brown sugar
1/8 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup sugar
3/4 cup cream
1 egg white Recipe
Combine sugar, soda and cream. Cook, stirring constantly, until a small amount forms a soft ball when dropped into cold water. Cool to lukewarm without stirring. Beat until creamy. Add unbeaten egg white and beat until thick enough to spread. Will frost three 8-inch layers.
