Chocolate Buttermilk Icing

1/2 cup Margarine
3 tablespoons Cocoa
1/3 cup Water
2 tablespoons Buttermilk Powder
3 1/2 cups Powdered Sugar sifted
1 teaspoon Vanilla
1 cup Nuts chopped (optional)Recipe
Combine margarine, cocoa and water in a saucepan and heat until margarine and cocoa are melted. Stir in buttermilk powder and bring to a rapid boil. Remove from heat and add powdered sugar, vanilla and nuts (if desired). Stir until consistency is smooth. Spread frosting on slightly warm cake or brownies.
