    3 cups powdered sugar, sift and divide
    2/3 cup baking cocoa
    1/2 cup butter
    5 tbl. milk, divided (5 to 6)
    1 teaspoon vanilla

    Beat 1 cup sugar, cocoa, butter, 2 tablespoons milk, and vanilla, in small mixer bowl, until creamy. Gradually beat in remaining sugar and milk, until smooth.
