Chocolate Silk Buttercream

2 ounces semisweet chocolate, cut up
1 ounce unsweetened chocolate, cut up
1/3 cup sugar
1/4 cup water
2 eggs
12 cups unsalted butter, cut up, softened Recipe
In small saucepan over low heat, melt chocolate, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. In another small saucepan bring sugar and water to a boil; boil for 1 minute. In large bowl, beat eggs until frothy. Gradually add sugar-water mixtue and beat at highest speed for 5 minutes or until thick and lemon colored. Gradually add butter a small piece at a time, beating well after each addition. Add melted chocolate and beat until smooth. Frost cake or bars; store in fridge. Makes 2 cups.
