Chocolate Tofu Frosting

1/3 cup flour
1 cup skim milk or soy milk & sliced strawberry
1 1/2 cups chocolate chips
1/2 cup pureed tofu
2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
1/4 cup pure maple syrup Recipe
In a small saucepan, whisk together flour and milk. cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture is a thick paste, 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat and cool in refrigerator at least 1 hour. After paste has cooled, melt chocolate chips in double boiler over simmering water, stirring constantly, until smooth; set melted chips aside to cool. In a medium bowl, combine melted chips, tofu, vanilla, maple syrup and cooled paste; beat with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy. Chill in refrigerator at least 90 minutes before serving.
