Coconut Cream Cheese Frosting

4 tablespoons butter
3 1/2 cups powdered sugar
1 8 ounces pkg cream cheese
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
2 teaspoons milk
2 cups flaked coconut Recipe
Melt 2 T. butter in skillet. Add coconut. Stir constantly over low heat till golden brown. Spread on paper towels to dry. Cream butter and cheese. Add milk and sugar. Add 1 1/2 c. coconut. Mix and spread on cake. Sprinkle 1/2 C. coconut on top and sides.
