1/2 cup freshly brewed double-strength coffee chilled
1/2 cup cold milk
1 package jell-o vanilla instant pudding & pie filling or chocolate, 4-serving size
8 ounces cool whip whipped topping thawedRecipe
Pour coffee and milk into medium bowl. Add pudding mix. Beat with wire whisk 1 minute. Immediately stir in whipped topping. Spread on cupcakes. Makes about 4 cups.
