Lowfat Cream Cheese Frosting

1/3 cup flour
1 cup skim milk
3/4 cup sugar or fructose
1/2 cup light cream cheese, softened
1 teaspoon vanilla Recipe
In a small saucepan, whisk flour and milk. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture is a thick paste, 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat and cool in refrigerator at least 1 hour. In a medium bowl, combine sugar, cream cheese, vanilla and cooled paste, and beat with an electric mixer until smooth. Chill in refrigerator at least 90 minutes before using.
