2 2/3 cups milk chocolate chips
1 cup heavy cream (1 to 1 1/2)
Recipe
Place the chocolate in a double boiler over medium heat and cook until almost all the chocolate has melted. Off heat, stir until the chocolate is smooth. Gradually add the cream, stirring until smooth. Spread over cake. Enough for 1 bundt or two layer cake.
