Nonfat Chocolate Frosting

1/3 cup cornstarch
1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 1/2 cups fructose or table sugar
3 cups water Recipe
Into a medium saucepan, sift together cornstarch, cocoa and sugar. Pour in water and whisk together. Cook over low heat, whisking occasionally, until thickened, about 40 minutes. Use frosting while still warm. Frosting is very smooth, almost puddinglike.
