3 bars white chocolate baking bars (6 oz box) broken into pieces
1/4 cup whipping cream
1 cup butter, cut into pieces
1 cup powdered sugar

MICROWAVE baking bars and cream in medium, microwave-safe bowl on MEDIUM-HIGH (70%) power for 1 minute; stir. Microwave at additional 10- to 20-second intervals, stirring until smooth. TRANSFER mixture to large mixer bowl; cool to room temperature. Beat in butter until creamy. Gradually beat in powdered sugar until light and fluffy. Makes 2 1/2 cups.
