White Chocolate Cream Cheese Frosting

1/2 cup vanilla or white chocolate chips, melted cooled to room temp.
12 ounces light cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup butter, softened
1 cup fructose or table sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon fresh squeezed lemon juice Recipe
In medium bowl, combine melted chocolate chips, cream cheese, butter, sugar, vanilla and lemon juice. Beat with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy. Chill in refrigerator at least 90 minutes before using.
