    Best Coffee Ice Cream*

    Sunbeam Ice Cream Maker
    3 cups whipping cream
    1 cup half and half
    1 cup sugar
    1 1/2 tablespoons instant coffee powder
    1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla

    Combine all ingredients in cream canister. Stir until sugar and coffee are dissolved. Freeze as directed. Variation: For coffee chip ice cream, add 1/2 c. mini chocolate chips to ice cream once frozen.
