List of Ingredients

1 cup half and half
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup cocoa powder
4 egg yolks
2 cups whipping cream
1 teaspoon vanilla


Recipe



Place first four ingredients into blender; cover and process on low speed until smooth. Pour into medium saucepan. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, til bubbles form around edge of mixture. Chill, then pour into cream canister. Stir in whipping cream and vanilla, freezing as directed. Makes 1 1/2 quarts.
