Sherbet: Blender Raspberry Sherbet

List of Ingredients
2 cups fresh raspberries pureed or 2 c. frozen
2 tablespoons orange juice concentrate
1/4 teaspoon vanilla
4 tablespoons sugar or more to taste
1/2 cup plain nonfat yogurt
Recipe
Puree frozen raspberries in food processor; add remaining ingredients. Blend until creamy. Serve immediately or store in freezer till serving time. Yield: 4 3/4c. servings.
