Ice Milk: Bourbon Raisin Ice Milk

List of Ingredients
1 cup sugar
2 cups skim milk
1/2 cup milk chocolate-covered raisins chopped
1/2 cup egg substitute
1/4 cup bourbon
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
12 ounces evaporated skimmed milk (1 can)
Recipe
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, and stir well. Pour mixture into the freezer can of an ice-cream freezer, and freeze according to the manufacturer's instructions. Spoon the ice milk into a freezer-safe container; cover and freeze 2 hours or until firm.
