    2 pounds soft tofu
    1/2 cup cocoa powder
    2 cups soy milk
    2 tablespoons vanilla
    1 cup oil
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    2 cups sugar

    Recipe



    Blend in a blender in four equal parts until smooth and creamy. Freeze in an ice-cream maker and serve.
