    Sherbet: Creamy Lemon Sherbet

    List of Ingredients

    1 cup sugar
    1/2 cup lemon juice
    2 cups whipping cream
    yellow food coloring

    Recipe

    Combine sugar and cream, stirring until dissolved. Stir in lemon juice and food coloring. Pour into 8" square pan. Freeze 3 hours or until firm. Remove from freezer 5 minutes before serving.
