Grandma's Homemade Vanilla Ice Cream

List of Ingredients
8 eggs separated
3/4 cup sugar
4 tbsp all purpose flour
3 cans evaporated milk (12 oz each)
1/2 teaspoon salt Recipe
Separate egg yolks and egg whites into two large bowls. Add sugar to egg yolks. Mix well. Add flour and salt to egg yolk mixture. Mix well. Shake cans of evaporated milk well before opening. Slowly pour evaporated milk into egg mixture while using the mixer to mix. Use mixer to beat egg whites until stiff. Fold egg whites into egg yolk mixture. Mix well. Pour into 5 quart ice cream freezer. If freezer is not full add whole milk to fill to top. Freeze as directed per ice cream freezer directions.
