Sherbet: Lime-Pineapple-Buttermilk Sherbet

2 eggs
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup light corn syrup
2 cups buttermilk
1/4 cup fresh lime juice
8 ounces crushed pineapple, drained
Recipe
In large bowl, beat eggs until thick and creamy. Still beating, gradually add the sugar. Stir in corn syrup, buttermilk, lime juice and pineapple until well blended. Freeze in ice cream maker according to manufacturer's instructions. Makes about 1 quart.
