    1/2 cup maple syrup
    4 egg yolks
    1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
    1 1/2 cups cream
    1/2 cup pecans, chopped

    Recipe



    Heat syrup and pour over egg yolks. Cool, add salt, vanilla and whipped cream. Beat thoroughly and freeze.
