    3 eggs, + 1 yolk
    2 cups table cream (18% milk fat)
    1 1/2 cups sugar
    2 cups raspberries

    Recipe



    Beat eggs, then beat in sugar. Heat cream until steaming. Stir into egg/sugar mix and then cool. Mash raspberries, then add to cream mixture. Freeze in ice cream maker.
