    Chocolate-Coffee Mousse

    1/2 cup heavy cream
    1 tablespoon powdered instant coffee
    2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa
    2 tsp sugar -- (2 to 3)
    1 ounce chocolate for grating

    Recipe



    Pour cream into chilled small bowl and beat with whisk or mixer until foamy. As cream thickens, beat in coffee, cocoa and sugar. Continue beating until cream stands in stiff peak. Do not overbeat. Turn mousse gently into serving bowl or individual dishes. Use vegetable peeler or chocolate grater to grate chocolate over mousse. Refrigerate in freezer until ready to serve.
