    Chocolate Espresso Brandy Mousse

    List of Ingredients

    1 pound chocolate
    1 cup heavy cream
    4 ounces liqueur (brandy, rum, Kahlua)
    4 ounces strong coffee
    4 egg whites
    8 egg yolks

    Recipe

    Melt chocolate in microwave. Add liqueur and espresso, and beat slightly. Add yolks and beat until smooth. Whip egg whites and fold in. Pour into large bowl and chill. Decorate with whipped cream before serving, or use as cake filling.
