    1 envelope unflavored gelatin
    2 cups skim milk
    6 tablespoons semisweet chocolate
    1 tablespoon cornstarch
    1 egg -- separate out yolks
    3 packages equal® sweetener
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    1 dash salt

    Recipe



    In medium saucepan, mix gelatin and milk; let stand 1 minutes and then add chocolate, yolk and cornstarch. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, til mix comes to full boil. Reduce heat and cook 1 minute longer. Chill til slightly thickened, stirring occasionally. Set saucepan in larger bowl of ice cubes. Add equal and vanilla. Beat well with mixer, at high speed, 5-6 minutes. In another bowl, using clean beaters, beat egg white with salt til stiff peaks form. Fold into chocolate mixture. Spoon into 6 individual serving glasses. Chill at least 2 hours before serving.
