20 lg Marshmallows cut in pieces
1/4 c Milk
3 teaspoons creme de menthe
1 c Whipping cream, whipped
Whipped cream
Grated chocolate
Mint springs Recipe
Combine marshmallows and milk in a saucepan; cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until marshmallows melt. Stir in creme de menthe. Chill until thick. Combine marshmallow mixture and 1 cup whipped cream, beating until well blended. Spoon into individual dessert dishes; chill. Top with a dollop of whipped cream, grated chocolate, and mint springs. Serves 4.
