    Splenda Light Chocolate Mousse

    1 teaspoon Unflavoured gelatine
    2 teaspoons Water
    2/3 cup Splenda granular sugar
    -
    1/4 cup Cocoa
    2 Eggs ; separated
    1/2 cup Skim milk
    1/2 cup Light sour cream ; 1%

    Recipe



    Sprinkle gelatine over water in small bowl to soften; set aside. In small heavy saucepan, whisk together SPLENDA, cocoa, egg yolks and milk until smooth. Cook and stir over medium heat until thickened, about 3 minutes. Remove from heat, stir in softened gelatin until dissolved. Pour into bowl and place in pan of ice water to cool and thicken slightly, 5-10 minutes. Stir in sour cream. Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form; fold in chocolate mixture. Spoon into dessert glasses. Refrigerate at least 2 hours. Makes 6 servings.
