List of Ingredients

6 tart apples
1/2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup flour
1/3 cup butter
1 unbaked pie shell 9"


Recipe

Pare apples and slice into eighths. Combine sugar and cinnamon, toss with apples. Spoon into unbaked pie shell. Combine brown sugar and flour; add butter and mix until fine crumbs form. Sprinkle over apples, then bake pie at 425�F for 15 minutes. Reduce oven temp and bake at 350�F for 40 minutes longer.
