1 large lemon
1 1/2 cups sugar
1/4 cup margarine, softened
4 eggs
1 unbaked pie shell
Recipe
Quarter (or smaller pieces) lemon and remove seeds. Put everything in blender and process until pureed. If any large pieces of lemon peel remain, remove and discard. Pour into unbaked pie shell and bake for 35 minutes at 375ºF.
