    List of Ingredients




    2 1/4 cups cold milk
    1 (3.4-ounce) package instant vanilla pudding
    1 prepared graham cracker pie crust
    2 medium ripe bananas -- divided
    1/2 cup frozen whipped topping -- thawed
    lemon juice
    additional whipped topping -- optional

    Recipe



    In a large mixing bowl, beat milk and pudding mix at low speed until smooth, about 1 minute. Pour 1/2 cup of the filling into pie crust. Slice one banana; arrange slices on filling in crust. Top with 3/4 cup filling. Blend whipped topping into remaining filling. Spread over filling in pie shell. Chill about 3 hours. Slice remaining banana; brush with lemon juice. Arrange banana slices on pie. Garnish with additional whipped topping if desired.
