Chocolate: Bittersweet Fuge Brownie Pie

12 ounces bittersweet chocolate, broken in pieces
1/2 cup butter
2 large eggs
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
vanilla ice cream
hot fudge sauce
Recipe
Preheat oven to 350ºF. Melt chocolate and butter in small, heavy saucepan over low heat; set aside. Beat eggs at medium speed 30 seconds. Gradually beat in sugar. Beat in chocolate mixture. Blend in flour and salt at low speed until just combined, scraping down side of bowl. Spread batter evenly in 10-inch tart pan with removable bottom. Bake 25 minutes or until center is just set. Cool completely on wire rack. To serve cut brownie into 12 wedges. Top each piece with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Heat hot fudge; spoon over ice cream. Top with sprinkles, if desired.
